Customs duty charges are separate from shipping costs and are not included in your quote. These charges are set by customs in the destination country and vary based on shipment type, value, and contents. For more details, please contact our customer support team.
All shipments are billed based on chargeable weight, which is the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight (calculated as L × B × H ÷ 5000). For example, if a package weighs 5 kg but has a volumetric weight of 10 kg, the chargeable weight will be 10 kg.
